Sept.-April: $100/night, $675/week
Two-night minimum
Extra person fee for parties larger than two: $20 per person

20 percent deposit required for reservation. Payment due in full 30 days prior to stay. Cancellation 30 days before check-in receive a full refund less $25 cancellation fee, cancellations less than 30 days results in refund based on rerental less a $25 cancellation fee.
